Mr. Egolf specializes in technology-based
industries. He started his professional career with Cellpack
Ltd., a Swiss based industrial group, diversified in high performance plastic
components, packaging and electrical and electronic equipment, and acted for
5 years as Managing Director of this multinational group. Subsequently, he
served as General Manager of a medium-size international trading company in
the field of high-performance materials and parts and manufacturing
technology. From 1994 until end 1997 Mr. Egolf
worked for a restructuring fund and developed as Chairman and CEO of Zevatech Inc., a
US-based industrial group, to a top global player in the field of electronic

Mr. Haegler is an acknowledged specialist in medical technology
investments. Prior to joining TAT Investment Advisory Ltd., he was Head of
Sales of Ruegge Medical AG, a big Swiss-based
medical equipment firm , specialized in the field of
ICU, X-ray and ultrasonic equipment. Subsequently, he was appointed head of
Medical Technology at Kontron AG, a multinational
industrial group. During the last 10 years Mr. Haegler has been co-owner and
managing director of Schiller Ltd., a Swiss-based industrial group, producing
cardio-diagnostic machines, which has developed into one of the global market
leaders. Mr. Haegler was trained as an economist. |
